At LAZ Skincare, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LAZ Skincare account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Securely

  Place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
